This is my planned newest build which has quite a few purples and PvP IO's.
Ignore the IO sets in Fire Breath and Blaze (and the empty Static Discharge). They will have 4 PvP IO's that will give me (Recov by 2 twice and 2.5, Regen by 10 twice, Health by 1.88, Damage by 2.5 three times).
This build will give me something like 26% damage (plus assault), 10% HP, enough Recov, and like 28% ranged defense total. If you can see any way to add a bit more ranged defense without sacrificing much, I am all open ears. (Most likely won't give up the purple set in Fire Blast or Charged Brawl for Thunderstrike/Makos Bite respectively. I like the sets, the global recharge, and the double procs of damage that are in them.)
